Dear Sir,
I have just returned from a trip to Beijing on a package tour organized by your travel agency. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant that I am very dissatisfied with the service. There were several defects, though I shall single out a few.
To be on the first, the guide for sightseers, who is impatient and selfish, is of disqualification. She didn’t present a good introduction of ancient relics which we arrived at, only crying out to move fast in the whole process. Furthermore, she turned a blind eye, even stood aside inhospitality, to our teammates who didn’t feel comfortable physically though the trip. Secondly, the services of foods were too simply that times of instant noodles actually, which should have been a good opportunity to taste some local delicious. Besides, there were a lot time wasted at the shopping where extremely expensive.
I suggest those guides have a intently preparation for the real needs of customers in advance, and the strict rule should be established as quickly as possible. I hope you can make plans to rectify the situation. Thanks for your time in considering my suggestions.

In the middle of the drawing, a pregnant woman is standing hardly with helpless on the bus. Besides her, a young man, who turned a blind eye , is seating himself with indifferent. While, there is phrase reads “Seat for old, young, women and illness only”.
It is vital for us to deriver obtain realistic implication from the thought-provoking drawings. What is depicted in the cartoon is not uncommon which I experienced another example of this phenomenon recently at the supermarket. An elderly woman dropped one of her bags, and her food spilled out all over the floor. She slowly dropped to her knees, attempting to gather her lost purchases. Instead of reaching down to help her, the young bystanders simply watched, or continued walking away.
In order to create a harmonious society, we should foster all youth to have a correct value view and a warm heart. I think that people, especially the youth, should make a concerted effort to help those in need. While not every situation is life or death, helping others can certainly encourage a feel of friendship, and brighten someone else’s day. People are so concerned with not getting involved with others’ affairs that we have ceased to care about others in need.
