Dear Mr. Smith,
I am so sorry to tell you that I lost the book you borrowed me last week, which I know means a lot to you. I still remember the moment I made a pledge to return it by this Tuesday.
Yesterday I returned from the outside of the library after an exhausting study, only to find the desk empty! Having looked for it around in vain, I rushed to the service center .To my dismay, they couldn’t figure out either.
Since what’s done is done, I must find a way to remedy. If you would be kind enough to give me another two days, I would do my endeavor to get the same copy for you.

When we go though go through hard times, for instance, the person we’ve been loving whole-heartedly dumped us, we might weep silently or scream at the top of our voice. Anyway, we can always find a way out. But have you ever thought that water tap may sometimes cry as well? When it was immersed in sad mood, it will definitely shed tears just as human beings do.
The drawer, who is apparently full of empathy and also an absolute environment protector, has really a caring heart. This picture he created is really an inspiration. It reminds people of the significant importance of thrift; of the fact we have been ignored for quite a long period of time: all the living things have feelings, they also cry when getting hurt. In the picture, the water tap is crying for not being put in the right place. Water keeps running even though nobody really needs it. Unfortunately for our humans, none has seen its crying eyes.
As the degradation of the natural environment, people on the earth are beginning to feel the threatening closer and closer. At the critical moment, an old saying echoes in my head continuously, that is “better late than never”. Do keep this in mind: save water, save life. Otherwise, the last drop of water on the earth will be our tears.
